Real-time notifications

What is Mailamber?
Mailamber is a premium email client for Windows 10/11 and Android that keeps your mail on your devices: it connects directly to your provider over encrypted IMAP/SMTP, with no cloud in between, and adds read receipts, Smart Priority, smart spaces, PEC and AI.
How do I connect Hotmail or Outlook?
Choose “Sign in with Microsoft”: Microsoft’s official sign-in page opens, you confirm and the mailbox is ready. It works for Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live and Microsoft 365, on PC and Android.
How do I connect Gmail?
With the guided setup: Mailamber shows you how to turn on 2-Step Verification, create a Google app password and paste it in. It takes about a minute.
Which AI features are free?
On the Free plan, AI priority and smart spaces AI assist are free, on free models and only after your consent. The AI copilot in the composer, proofreading, summaries, translation, quick replies and AI HTML templates are on Plus and Premium.
How do ✓✓ read receipts work?
While you write, the ✓✓ button turns tracking on for that email: you see ✓ on delivery and ✓✓ on open with the time of the first open, on PC and phone in real time, and if you like a reminder if they don’t reply. Security scanners, bots, link previews and your own opens aren’t counted; Apple Mail’s automatic opens are shown separately. Everything is in Tools → Tracking, with filters and search. With Tracking Pro you also see clicks on every link.
Does my email pass through Mailamber’s servers?
No. Mailamber’s servers only handle your account, plan, devices and synced settings. Emails travel directly between your device and your provider.
Can I send HTML emails and create templates with AI?
Yes. The HTML editor with preview is in the Windows and Android composer, on every plan; HTML templates are saved and synced across devices. With Plus and Premium, AI generates a complete email template from a description, in one click.
How do templates work?
The Templates section has a library with search, favorites, categories and tags, and a gallery of 10 professional templates in 6 languages, ready to use. Write in Text, Visual or HTML with a preview; variables like {{name|Customer}} take their value from the recipient or the default, and before sending Mailamber warns you if one is still empty.
