Accessibility statement

Mailamber aims to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the accessibility status of the mailamber.app website and of theMailamber application for Windows, with reference to Directive (EU) 2019/882 (theEuropean Accessibility Act), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022 and applicable since 28 June 2025.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making our digital services conform to the accessibility requirements of the EN 301 549 technical standard and theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), targeting levelWCAG 2.2 AA. We treat accessibility as a design requirement, not a formality: every new feature of the site and the app is also assessed from this angle.

2. Scope of this statement

• the mailamber.app website, including the account area and the purchase pages;
• the Mailamber for Windows application, currently in beta.

The checkout is provided by Paddle, which is responsible for the accessibility of its own interfaces; we forward to Paddle every barrier reported to us.

3. Conformity status

The mailamber.app website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: the requirements are met on most pages and main journeys, with some exceptions being addressed. The main known limitations at this time are:

• some images and application screenshots have concise alternative texts, currently being enriched;
• some interactive components of the account area are undergoing in-depth testing with the most common assistive technologies (NVDA, Windows Narrator);
• screen reader support in the Windows application, which is in beta, is being completed.

4. Measures taken and in progress

Measures already in place include:

• semantic page structure with hierarchical headings and landmarks;
• colour contrast verified on the design-system tokens, in both light and dark themes;
• full keyboard navigation with visible focus states;
• respect for the reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion);
• explicit labels on form fields and text-based error messages;
• correct language attribute on every page (Italian and English);
• fluid layout usable at up to 200% zoom and on screens of every size.

Verification continues with periodic audits against WCAG 2.2 AA, and identified issues enter the development plan with priority.

5. Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the site or in the app, write tosupport@mailamber.app describing the page or screen, the problem you found and the assistive technologies you use. We normally reply within a few working days and track every report until it is resolved. You also retain the right to contact the competent supervisory authority under Legislative Decree 82/2022 (AgID — the Agency for Digital Italy).

6. Date of this statement

This statement was drawn up on 2 September 2026 based on a self-assessment carried out with automated tools and manual checks. It will be reviewed and updated at least once a year and whenever the site or the application changes substantially.
