Tracking Pro
Read receipts ✓✓ with no monthly cap, reminders when nobody replies, plus link clicks: you know whether your quote was opened, how many times, and whether the link you sent was clicked.
What it unlocks
- UNLIMITED tracked emails: the plan’s monthly quota disappears (500 on Plus, 1,000 on Premium)
- UNLIMITED follow-up reminders when one of your emails gets no reply
- LINK CLICK tracking on the links you write (up to 50 per message), with the counter in the message list
- On PC and Android with the same account, nothing to install
- Respect for recipients: time, count and a pseudonym of the IP, never the IP in clear or the device

Extra devices
Premium includes 5 devices. If you need more PCs or phones on the same account, add 1 to 10 extra devices: the limit goes up right away and the price follows the quantity.

Plan limits and what add-ons change
Tracking and reminder quotas reset on the 1st of every month. Add-ons remove or raise the limits without changing your plan.

Sign in to your account area
On mailamber.app, with the same Mailamber account you use in the app.

Open the Plan tab
In the Add-ons section pick Tracking Pro or, on Premium, how many extra devices to add.

With the secure checkout of Paddle, our authorized reseller: you get the receipt by email.

The app unlocks by itself
Within minutes, on all your devices. On PC you’ll see it in Settings → Mail: “Tracking Pro active: link clicks too”.
Clear billing, no surprises
Add-ons are monthly subscriptions separate from your plan: cancel any time, effective at the end of the period, without touching your plan.
They require an active paid plan: if your plan ends, add-on features are paused. No hidden charges.

Add-on FAQ
How much do Mailamber add-ons cost?
Tracking Pro costs €5.99 per month; Extra devices costs €1.99 per month for each device you add. They are monthly-only subscriptions, priced in euros with VAT included: at checkout Paddle may show the amount in your currency.
Can I get Tracking Pro on the Free plan?
No: Tracking Pro can be bought with Plus or Premium, Extra devices with Premium only. On Free you still get 5 tracked emails and 5 reminders per month, for free.
How many extra devices can I add?
From 1 to 10, on top of the 5 included in Premium: up to 15 devices on the same account. When you increase, you pay only the difference for the current period; when you decrease, the limit drops right away and the new price applies from the renewal.
Can I cancel an add-on whenever I want?
Yes, always, from your account area in two clicks: it stays active until the end of the period you already paid, then switches off by itself, with no penalty.
Do add-ons follow my plan’s billing?
No: add-ons are always monthly, even if your plan is annual. That way you can turn them on only for the months you really need them.
What happens to add-ons if I change plan or cancel?
Add-ons require an active paid plan: if you move to Free their features are paused. Devices above the limit stay in the list, blocked, until you remove them or raise the limit again.
Do add-ons work on the Android app too?
Yes. The add-on is tied to your Mailamber account, not to a device: it unlocks by itself on PC and phone within minutes of purchase, with nothing to install. On the phone, clicks are tracked on HTML messages.
Does click tracking collect recipient data?
Only the minimum: the time of the click, the link and whether the click was counted or excluded (for example a security scanner), with a pseudonym of the IP. Never the recipient’s IP in clear or their device. All the details are in the privacy policy.
Can I get a refund on an add-on?
Yes: add-on payments follow the same terms as plans, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described in the refund policy.
