Follow-up reminders when nobody replies
In short
In the composer, open “Remind me if no reply” and choose how long you’ll wait for an answer. If no reply has arrived by then, Mailamber alerts you; if they reply sooner, the reminder closes by itself.
How do I set a follow-up on my PC?#
- Write your message.
- Open Remind me if no reply in the composer.
- Choose Within 24 hours, Within 48 hours, Within 72 hours or Custom (hours), and press Set.
- Send. The reminder appears in Tools → Follow-up with the status Waiting.
When the time is up, if no reply has arrived, you get the “Follow-up reminder” notification and the message moves to No reply.
What about Android?#
In the composer, under Follow-up if no reply, choose 2, 3 or 7 days. The reminder arrives at 9:00 AM on the due day (“No reply yet: follow up”) and applies to the first recipient.
How does Mailamber know they replied?#
When a message arrives that replies to yours (it recognizes it from the standard reply headers), the follow-up moves to Replied and stops bothering you. Automatic replies from mail servers (for example, delivery failure notices) don’t count.
How many follow-ups can I set?#

Reminders reset on the 1st of the month. When you run out, the app tells you: “You've used all this month's reminders for your plan.”
