In short

Choose “All accounts” to see the mail from every mailbox together in the “Unified inbox”, or select a single account. Smart folders (Unread, Snoozed, To reply, Starred) work across all your mailboxes.

Mailamber puts all your mailboxes in one place without mixing them on the server: each message stays in its own mailbox and shows the color or badge of the account it came from.

How do I see all my mailboxes together?#

In the account switcher, choose All accounts. In the sidebar, under Main, you’ll find:

  • Unified inbox: the inbox of every mailbox, in date order;
  • Unread: only the messages still to read;
  • Snoozed: the messages you’ve snoozed;
  • To reply: messages you’ve already read, still in the inbox, that you haven’t replied to;
  • Starred: starred messages (shown once you have at least one);
  • Unified Trash: the trash of every mailbox.

Unified mail requires more than one mailbox, so it’s most useful with Plus or Premium.

How do I switch between accounts?#

Click the switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose the account, or search for it by name. You can mark the accounts you use most with Pin to favorites: they show up first. On the PC, Ctrl+1…9 opens the matching account directly and Ctrl+0 goes back to all accounts.

How do I use stars and Starred?#

Click the star on a message (or press S): it goes into Starred, both in the single-account view and in the unified one. The star is saved on the mailbox’s server, so you also see it in webmail and on your other devices.

How do I create, rename or delete a folder?#

On the PC, open the Folder actions menu next to one of the mailbox’s folders:

  • New folder and New subfolder;
  • Rename and Delete for folders you created (system folders like Inbox or Sent can’t be changed);
  • Empty folder for Trash and Spam.

These are the mailbox’s real folders: changes apply in webmail too.

What does “Archive” do?#

Archive (E key) moves the message to the mailbox’s Archive folder. If your provider doesn’t have an Archive folder, the message stays where it is.

What about Android?#

The side menu offers the same views: Unified inbox, Unread, Starred, Snoozed, Unified trash and each mailbox’s folders. Pull the list down to refresh.
