How to install Mailamber on Android
In short
Install “Mailamber” from Google Play, open it and sign in with your Mailamber account (or create one for free in the app). Then add your mailbox: for Outlook use “Sign in with Microsoft”; for others, your email and password are enough.
How do I install the app?#
- Open Mailamber on Google Play on your phone, or search for “Mailamber” in the Play Store.
- Tap Install. System requirements are listed on the store page.
- Open the app and choose Sign in if you already have a Mailamber account, or Create an account to create one for free: it’s the same account you use on the website and in the Windows app.
- Allow notifications when Android asks, so you know when new mail arrives.
- Tap Add mailbox and connect your mailbox (guide).
Does my phone count as a device?#
Yes. Every phone you sign in on uses one device on your plan: Free includes 1 device, so if you already use Mailamber on your PC you need Plus or Premium, or you have to free up the PC’s slot. If there are no free slots, the No free device slot screen appears.
Where do I find my account, plan and devices in the app?#
In Your account you see your plan, renewal, Devices and AI usage this month. You manage your subscription on the website with Manage subscription on the website.
How do I update it?#
Through Google Play, like any other app: if you have automatic updates turned on, you don’t need to do anything. Updating doesn’t delete your mail or the mailboxes you’ve set up.
What happens if I sign out?#
With Sign out, the phone disconnects from your Mailamber account and stops syncing in the background, but your mailboxes and local mail stay on the phone. To delete them, remove the mailbox from Settings → Mailboxes.
