How do I schedule a send?#

  1. Write your message as usual.
  2. Next to Send, press the clock icon, Schedule send.
  3. Pick a time:
    • Tomorrow morning: tomorrow at 8:00 AM;
    • This evening: today at 6:00 PM (only shown before 6 PM);
    • Next week: next Monday at 8:00 AM;
    • Custom date & time: any time within a year.
  4. Press Schedule. You’ll see the confirmation “Send scheduled for …”.

The message waits in the local Outbox folder with the status Scheduled, where you can also discard it.

How many scheduled sends can I make?#

On the Free plan, scheduled sends share the snooze limit: 5 a month in total, resetting on the 1st of the month. With Plus and Premium they’re unlimited.

How do I undo an email I just sent?#

After Send, the message “Sending in …s…” appears at the bottom for 10 seconds, with the Undo button. Press it and the message goes back to the composer, intact. After 10 seconds the email is sent and can no longer be recalled, as with any provider. Scheduled sends don’t have this window: you cancel them from the Outbox folder before the scheduled time.

What happens if sending fails?#

If the server rejects the message or the network drops, you’ll see “Sending failed: …” and the message stays in Outbox as Failed: press Retry once the problem is fixed. The most common causes are explained in IMAP and SMTP errors.
